Bob has been serving buyers and sellers in the San Diego area since 1977 beginning in La Jolla. He received his real estate broker’s license shortly after graduating from The University of California at Los Angeles in 1977. In 1979, Bob opened his own firm in Del Mar representing several large land transactions in the San Dieguito Valley and the subdivision known as Rancho Del Mar until 1988. In 1989, he went to work with a firm that was acquired by Coldwell Banker and was with them for 14 years before joining Prudential California Realty in 2003
Bob was consistently among the top agents at Coldwell Banker. In 1997, he ranked in the top three in San Diego and in the top 10 in Southern California for the company. In 2003, his first full year with Prudential, Bob ranked in the top 40 in the San Diego area and in 2004 ranked in the top 100 in the nation for Prudential California Realty.
Bob is very knowledgeable on the San Diego area having lived in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Del Mar, San Diego and Carmel Valley. His children have attended both private and public schools (the Bishop’s School in La Jolla and Torrey Pines High School) he is very familiar with the schools in San Diego.
